Inspired by “Al-Athan”. In current days Al-Athan can be heard in mosques or in highly islamic populated areas, it now only used a call for prayer. Usually the 5 five prayers a day and occasunally a call for praying for rain. In older islamic litereture Al-Athan was also used to call upon people to make decisions, votings and other “Democratic” affairs. This was one of the great strengths of the islamic religion, not to mention also the revolt against the slavery of the people of african decent.
Al-Athan has changed the lifes of thousands of slaves, not only by freeing them, but also by giving them autherity in making decisions in their local area.
